  1. Your linzers look so yummy. =) I’ve made them just once and even though they were some work to complete, they’re so worth it aren’t they? Curious what kind of jam you used-is that apricot? either way, they look delish!

    • Thanks, crafty! These ones were filled with tofu cream cheese and raspberry jam. They are a lot of work! But I feel like every time it gets easier 🙂 It also helps, if you make them a lot, or around the holidays, to make a whole bunch of dough and freeze in single-batch portions to use as needed. So worth it every time! 🙂
