Electric Blue Bakery Spring Menu: Tarts

All made with gluten-free pastry! And with ingredients like fresh fruit, agave nectar and coconut milk– instead of eggs and heavy cream–these tarts have less fat than traditional ones, and more flavor.

Today I will be working on a raw vegan tart to add to the mix 😉

I also have some new donut flavors: chocolate pecan and coconut!
